We are seeking a seasoned, full-time B2B Inside Sales Representative to help expand our market share and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales, experience exceeding quotas, and a deep understanding of selling to medical professionals, including hospitals, clinics, surgical centers, oncology centers, and research facilities. Familiarity with the medical supply industry is a significant advantage.
In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with new customers, maintaining strong connections with existing clients, and providing tailored solutions for their medical and surgical supply needs. Understanding the healthcare supply chain, managing a sales pipeline, and preparing quotes are valuable skills that will contribute to your success.

Skills

  • 2+ years of proven, successful experience in B2B inside sales, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Experience selling to professional medical facilities (hospitals, clinics, surgical centers, etc.)
  • Proficiency with CRM software (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
  • Excellent multitasking, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday
