In this independent contractor role, you will meet with clients throughout the week for real estate lender signings. As a Bank Notary Signing Agent, you will facilitate the signing of bank documents in a professional manner.

• Notary Public certification in your state
• Experience in explaining legal documents
• Ability to travel by automobile in your coverage area
• Must pass a background check
• Punctual, professional, fluent in English, and tech-savvy

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients at their homes or offices to sign bank documents for purchase or refinance
• Assist clients by showing them where to sign, explaining the documents, and notarizing their signatures

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Notary Public certification
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
