Responsibilities

• Teach students both on the clinic floor and in the classroom using an approved curriculum designed to guide students through their barbering education
• Prepare students for the State Board exam and ensure compliance with all relevant State Board rules and regulations
• Participate in various administrative tasks such as attending faculty meetings, recording grades and attendance, and providing counseling to students to ensure their success

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• A current Barber license in accordance with State requirements
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a practicing barber
• Prior teaching experience preferred but not required; passion for mentoring is a must!
