The NC Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a Batch Operations Technician to assist with day-to-day batch operation tasks within the enterprise batch processing of the NC FAST system’s batch architecture. This role primarily involves working outside standard business hours to support overnight batch operations.

The position entails providing production operations support by performing and monitoring batch execution, verifying results, and participating in nightly production operations environments that consist of multiple servers and execution of client-specific production cycles. The Batch Operations Technician will also perform first-level analysis of data interface processing exceptions, log issues, and escalate unresolved problems through defined support paths.
