Arizona Youth & Family Services, Inc. (AYFS) of Phoenix, AZ is looking to hire a full-time or part-time Behavior Coach to join our nonprofit organization. This behavioral health position plays a vital role in providing meaningful services to children and their families by implementing treatment plans and supporting behavioral interventions. As a behavior coach, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes, schools, or the community, collaborating with parents and the child and family team.

Compensation and Benefits

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of behavioral interventions such as behavior contracts and positive reinforcement

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
