In this position, you will provide one-on-one behavior interventions to children in their homes, following individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Compensation and Benefits

Responsibilities

  • Deliver individual therapy sessions using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
  • Record and collect data as instructed, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to provide updates on the child’s development
  • Complete all required training and certifications in a timely manner
  • Attend sessions punctually and maintain a high standard of reliability
  • Complete time sheets and session notes promptly

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
  • At least 18 years old
  • Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and access to reliable transportation
  • Successful completion of state and federal background checks
  • CPR certification required
