We are seeking a Bilingual Chinese - English Customer Support Agent, also known as a Happiness Officer, to deliver professional and friendly service through our email and live-chat channels. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for helping others and can remain calm under pressure. In addition to providing exceptional customer support, you will also be responsible for translating our product into Chinese, with the necessary tools provided to facilitate this process.
