We are seeking a Bilingual Chinese - English Customer Support Agent, also known as a Happiness Officer, to deliver professional and friendly service through our email and live-chat channels. In addition to providing exceptional customer support, you will also be responsible for translating our product into Chinese, with the necessary tools provided to facilitate this process.
