We are seeking a Bilingual Chinese-English Customer Support Agent, also known as Happiness Officer, to deliver professional and friendly service through our email and live-chat channels. This role requires a passion for helping others and the ability to maintain composure under pressure. In addition to providing customer support, you will be responsible for translating our product into Chinese, utilizing specialized tools to facilitate regular translations and moderate others’ contributions.
