We are seeking a Bilingual Norwegian - English Customer Support Agent, also known as a Happiness Officer, who will deliver professional and friendly service through our email and live-chat channels. This role requires a passion for helping others while maintaining composure under pressure. Additionally, you will be responsible for translating our product into Norwegian, utilizing provided tools for regular translation tasks and moderating translations from other team members.
