We are seeking a Bilingual Portuguese - English Customer Support Agent, also known as a Happiness Officer, to provide exceptional and friendly service through our email and live-chat channels. The ideal candidate should have a passion for helping others and the ability to remain calm under pressure. In addition to customer support, you will be responsible for translating our product into Portuguese, utilizing tools for easy translation, and moderating others’ translations.
