We’re seeking a Bilingual Slovakian - English Customer Support Agent, also known as Happiness Officer, to provide professional and friendly service through our email and live-chat channels. This role requires a passion for helping others and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will also be responsible for translating our product into Slovakian, utilizing provided tools to facilitate smooth and regular translations, while also moderating others’ translations.
