Description
Our ideal candidate is passionate about young children and their development. A native or native-like Spanish speaker with a solid understanding of multicultural education as a foundation for peace is essential. Applicants should have knowledge and passion for Montessori, Waldorf, or alternative education. The candidate must be comfortable following instructions from a Lead with higher training and possess a teamwork mindset. Flexibility and common sense to manage everyday challenges are crucial. A work permit is required, along with at least 1 year of experience in daycare. We seek an amazing individual who thrives in the 0-3 classroom, assisting students aged between 17 months and 3 years with potty training, transitioning from home for the first time, and gaining independence in daily activities.
