We are seeking a Bilingual Italian - English Customer Support Agent, also referred to as Happiness Officers, who will deliver professional and friendly service via our email and live-chat channels. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for helping others and maintain composure under pressure. In this role, you will also translate our product into Italian, with tools provided to facilitate easy translation and moderation of others’ translations.
