Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
  
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities.
  
• Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans.
  
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare providers within the multi-specialty practice.
  
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
  
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed.
  

Qualifications

• Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
  
• Active New York State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) (Required)
  
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
  
• Must be fluent in Spanish (Required)
  
• Empathetic and culturally competent
