Skills
- Minimum two years of data entry experience with attention to detail

Responsibilities
- Conduct four (4) to five (5) outreach presentations per month at health fair events.
- Facilitate communication improvements with HIICAP staff to ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
- Analyze reports related to the Application Programming Interface.
- Compile and evaluate monthly statistics data in STARS/PEERPLACE.
- Assist HIICAP staff with the implementation of the HIICAP Corresponding Tracking System.
- Prepare educational materials for health insurance presentations and wellness fairs.
- Provide language translation at outreach events.
- Attend partner meetings and conduct health fair events as needed.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated patience when working with elderly and disabled populations
- Strong customer service etiquette for all clients
