• Proficiency in English and at least one other language
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide accurate meaning-for-meaning interpretation
• Flexibility to interpret across various industries including healthcare, finance, insurance, 9-1-1, and business

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate interpretation between English-speaking clients and limited-English-speaking patients or customers
• Adapt to different industries and unique situations during calls

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the US
• High school completion or equivalent
• Proficient in English and at least one other language, as determined by our Language Checkup assessment

• High school completion or equivalent

Experience Requirements
