Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with players via outbound calls
• Provide assistance with site usage to boost activity
• Make daily outbound calls and follow-ups
• Assist new and current players to ensure a smooth experience
• Promote the site, products, campaigns, and overall entertainment offering
• Collaborate with team leaders to understand targets
• Work with other departments such as Payments, Risk, VIP, and Customer Support

Qualifications

• A passion for customer service and sales
• Proven ability to communicate effectively in Italian and English
• Understanding of the iGaming or online entertainment industry
• Experience in sales or customer engagement roles is a plus
