Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with players through outbound calls to boost activity, retention, and reactivation rates
• Make daily outbound calls and follow up with players
• Assist new and current players to eliminate any blockers to enjoying the company’s products
• Promote the site, products, campaigns, and overall entertainment offerings
• Collaborate with your team leader to ensure all targets are understood
• Work with other departments such as Payments, Risk, VIP, and Customer Support

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service and sales roles
• Strong communication skills in both German and English
• Familiarity with the iGaming or sports betting industry is preferred
• Goal-oriented individual with a track record of achieving targets
