We’re seeking an exceptional Senior Telesales Specialist with excellent sales skills and a customer-oriented attitude. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining strong client relationships. You should be able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You should also possess patience and courtesy in customer relations while being persuasive and skilled in handling objections.

Skills

  • At least 2 years of sales experience with a background or interest in sales.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant digital tools, such as CRM software.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Independent problem-solver with a strong personality.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively make phone calls to the leads provided by the company, using your persuasion and direct sales skills to close deals.
  • Develop and execute digital strategies to generate new leads and sales.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Record call information, sign-ups, and other useful information in our CRM system.
  • Adapt quickly to changing market conditions, learn from your experiences, and persist until you achieve your targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales skills and experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.

  • Relevant sales training or certifications preferred.
