We are seeking a Bilingual Vietnamese - English Customer Support Agent, also known as Happiness Officer, to provide professional and friendly service through our email and live-chat channels. The ideal candidate should have a passion for helping others and maintain composure under pressure. Additionally, you will be responsible for translating our product into Vietnamese, utilizing provided tools for easy and efficient translation, and moderating translations done by others.
