Kids and Family is seeking dedicated, motivated, and capable BCBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts) to join our team! We are committed to servicing children throughout their early childhood and schooling years.

Our behavioral analysts provide support to the staff and families of our kiddos by focusing on skills acquisition and behavior reduction goals. As a behavior analyst, your role will involve writing and creating Functional Behavioral Assessments, Positive Support Plans, and implementing behavior programming for children with Autism or other diagnoses.

Qualifications

  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Experience working with children, preferably those with Autism or other diagnoses
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Education Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field

Education Requirements Credential Category

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children in a behavioral analysis setting
