Compensation and Benefits

Total earning potential ranging from \(93,289.68 to \)116,612.10 (salary + bonus).

Skills

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification (Required).
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment methodologies.
  • Ability to lead and empower a team of Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Assistant Supervisors.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Adaptability to work in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
  • Lead and support a team of Behavior Technicians and Assistant Supervisors.
  • Manage caseloads with an average of 26 billable hours per week.
  • Create individualized care plans in collaboration with families and clinicians.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and meaningful patient progress.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Human Services or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification (Required).

Education Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Human Services or a related field.

Education Requirements Credential Category

  • Licensure/Certification in Behavior Analysis.

Experience Requirements

  • Previous experience in a clinical setting providing ABA treatment is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in leading or mentoring a team is a plus.
