  • Proven experience as a Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools

Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing your sales pipeline and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
