Compensation and Benefits

Skills

  • Ability to read, comprehend, and apply blueprints/3-D modeling
  • Basic math skills
  • Skilled with various hand tools and woodworking machines
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet strict inspection standards

Responsibilities

  • Assemble custom cabinetry, casework, and custom fixtures
  • Meet company operational standards regarding productivity, job costing, and labor standards
  • Adjust, fit, and align component parts to very close tolerances
  • Study specifications in blueprints or 3-D modeling software to assemble finished products
  • Test or inspect assembled units
  • Follow established safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe and clean environment

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Technical or Trade School experience is a plus but not required
  • Skilled at reading blueprints and 3-D modeling
  • Prior shop experience in building or assembling cabinetry, woodwork, casework, or millwork
