Skills

• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Basic knowledge of Distribution Design Studio (DDS) is a plus
• Experience with MicroStation is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Self-motivated with an aptitude for growth

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing new drawings and revising existing engineering drawings
• Ensure compliance with company and client drafting standards
• Adhere to ANSI standard drafting practices
• Support drafting, design, and documentation efforts for various projects
• Utilize different drafting and design software as needed
• Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned by managers
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate’s degree in a CAD-related program or specialized CAD certification
• At least 2 years of relevant drafting experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Eagerness to learn and develop within the field
