Sysco has immediate job openings for CDL A local delivery truck drivers who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and bringing smiles to restaurant customers in your community. Skills

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL)
• Ability to lift, push, or move freight that weighs an average of 40-60 pounds and as much as 100 pounds
• Flexibility to work overtime, occasional weekends, and holidays if necessary
• Strong commitment to customer service and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer to deliver essential restaurant supply products
• Manually unload and deliver goods to Sysco customers
• Maintain compliance with all DOT regulations
• Provide outstanding customer service on every delivery

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must pass a pre-employment screening, including DOT drug test
• Applicant must be authorized to work in the United States

Education Requirements

• No formal education requirement specified, but relevant experience in delivery driving is preferred.

Education Requirements Credential Category

• Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) is required.

Experience Requirements

• Experience as a CDL A truck driver is preferred, but recent driving school graduates are welcome.
