Compensation and Benefits

• Guaranteed pay of $250 per day with bi-weekly pay cycles

Skills

• Must have a valid CDL-A license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience or 3 years of OTR experience in multiple states
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission trucks
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance

Responsibilities

• Deliver refrigerated freight primarily in the Southeast and Midwest regions
• Maintain a safe driving record and comply with all regulations
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries for dedicated customers
• Operate company trucks and trailers responsibly
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Clean driving record with minimal violations
• Previous experience in reefer freight preferred
• No SAP drivers accepted at this time

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• CDL-A license is required

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years driving experience with CDL school or 3 years OTR experience
