Compensation and Benefits

• Guaranteed pay of \(250 per day, which includes \)200 per day plus a $50 per diem

Skills

• Valid CDL-A license
• Ability to drive manual transmission

• Experience in operating refrigerated trucks

Responsibilities

• Drive refrigerated trucks primarily in the Southeast and Midwest regions
• Deliver freight with no-touch loading and unloading
• Maintain safe driving practices and comply with DOT regulations
• Ensure proper handling of equipment and freight
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of driving experience with CDL school or 3 years of over-the-road (OTR) experience
• Experience operating in multiple states
• No SAP drivers accepted at this time

Education Requirements

• Completion of CDL training program
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
