Syfan is a family-owned carrier established in 1984 in Gainesville, GA. We are currently seeking qualified CDL-A drivers who are ready to join our team. Our drivers primarily operate in the South and Midwest regions, focusing on refrigerated freight, particularly poultry. Compensation and Benefits

• Guaranteed pay of \(250 per day (comprising \)200 per day plus $50 per diem)

Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of driving experience (with CDL school) or 3 years of OTR experience
• Ability to drive manual transmission (some automatics available)
• Strong understanding of refrigerated freight operations
• Safe driving record and commitment to safety

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned trucks for designated customers without brokered loads
• Ensure timely delivery and adherence to safety standards
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform pre-trip inspections
• Utilize modern technology for tracking and performance monitoring

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant driving experience (with CDL school) or 3 years OTR experience
• Must be able to drive manual transmission
• No SAP drivers accepted at this time
