Compensation and Benefits

  • Pay Rate: $25.00 Per Hour
  • Sign-On Bonus: $4,000
  • Shift: Monday-Friday, starting at 6 am, with occasional Saturdays as needed

Skills

  • Ability to safely operate heavy-duty trucks
  • Understanding of Occupational and Safety Health Act (OSHA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with Route Managers and Dispatch
  • Attention to detail in vehicle inspections and documentation
  • Customer service orientation to handle requests and issues

Responsibilities

  • Operate vehicle in compliance with OSHA and DOT requirements
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections using DVIR
  • Report unsafe situations or service calls immediately
  • Participate in scheduled training and meetings
  • Collaborate with Route Managers to enhance route efficiencies
  • Maintain cleanliness of customers’ locations after service
  • Complete all documentation and check-in processes at the end of the route

Qualifications

  • Must hold a Commercial Drivers License B (CDL)
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Acceptable driving record required
  • No prior work experience required, entry-level candidates are welcome
