As a Waste Management driver, you will safely operate a heavy-duty truck to perform assigned duties on transfer routes. This role provides essential services to the community while ensuring a clean and safe vehicle throughout your shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Operate vehicle in compliance with safety guidelines and regulations
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
  • Report any unsafe situations, incidents, or accidents
  • Collaborate with Route Managers to improve efficiencies
  • Ensure all containers are dumped and locations are left clean
  • Complete necessary documentation at the end of each route

Qualifications

  • Must hold a Commercial Driver’s License B (CDL)
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Acceptable driving record required
  • Successfully complete pre-employment drug screening and background check
