Responsibilities

  • Operate vehicle in compliance with safety regulations and company expectations
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections, noting issues for repair
  • Report unsafe situations or service calls immediately
  • Cooperate in training sessions and meetings
  • Work with Route Managers to enhance route efficiency
  • Assist fellow drivers as directed
  • Notify Route Manager of incidents or damages
  • Maintain communication with Dispatch regarding route issues
  • Ensure customer locations are left clean and tidy
  • Complete required documentation at the end of the route

Qualifications

  • No specific education requirement
  • No prior work experience necessary
  • Must hold a valid Commercial Drivers License B (CDL)
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must pass pre-employment DOT drug screen, physical, and background check
  • Acceptable driving record is required
