The Chief Compliance Officer will lead teams in maintaining the framework for compliance risk management, working closely with senior leadership to ensure effective implementation. This role involves establishing direction for and overseeing an effective Bank & Trust-wide compliance program that addresses all applicable legal and regulatory requirements and integrates these into the enterprise-wide compliance program.
