Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a highly skilled clinical team.
  • Partner with senior leadership to enhance staffing, quality of care, and overall hospital operations.

  • Engage with regional leaders on staffing initiatives, including educational programs for new graduates and returning nurses.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Active RN license and BLS certification (ACLS required within six months of hire).
  • Experience in critical care settings preferred.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) (required).
  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or a Master’s in Healthcare Administration (preferred or required for enrollment).

Experience Requirements

  • At least 3 years in a leadership nursing role in a hospital setting.
