The Chief of Staff will partner closely with the COO to develop and maintain the annual, quarterly, and weekly planning and business/functional review cycles. This role involves creating detailed agendas for key meetings and supporting the efficiency of the executive staff by facilitating leadership decisions and processes. An independent perspective with a strong truth-seeking bias is essential as you will lead key meetings and processes such as business reviews, all-hands meetings, board meeting planning, and strategic planning.
