Skills

  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English
  • Physical capability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and engage with children physically
  • Must be able to work indoors or outdoors
  • Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification
  • Ability to meet state licensing requirements for education within 6 months

Responsibilities

  • Help maintain a fun and interactive classroom environment
  • Implement approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedules
  • Maintain professional appearance adhering to guidelines
  • Assist other teachers with tasks as needed
  • Ensure safety and engagement of children

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have a level 2 Background Screen
  • A love for children and commitment to their development

Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

Education Requirements Credential Category

  • Early Childhood Education or related field preferred

Experience Requirements

  • Previous experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is preferred
