Responsibilities

• Perform consultations and exams, including medical history and focused physical exams
• Obtain and record patients’ medical histories
• Analyze diagnostic x-rays when medically necessary
• Evaluate findings and determine diagnoses
• Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
• Educate patients on diagnosis and treatment plan options
• Provide chiropractic care adjustments
• Coordinate, track, and report key metrics related to patient management
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation and charting
• Follow up with patients to ensure treatment goals are being met
• Build meaningful patient relationships and generate internal referrals
• Participate and lead weekly training for staff
• Engage in community outreach programs and marketing

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
• Chiropractic license in NC
• Fully eligible for Malpractice Insurance in North Carolina
• 1-3 years of experience preferred but training will be provided
