We currently have an immediate opening for an experienced Civil Engineer specializing in Water Infrastructure within our Walnut Creek (East Bay Area) Office. The selected candidate will perform a variety of tasks depending on their qualifications. Effective verbal and written communication in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is essential. Project Management experience is a definite plus. We are looking for energetic, detail-oriented individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic and enjoy a challenge.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: \(85,000 to \)145,000 per year, DOE

• Manage various projects related to water infrastructure
• Prepare technical documentation and reports

• Coordinate designs with other engineering disciplines

Qualifications

• BS or higher degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering
• Project experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Water & Wastewater Treatment Plants
  • Wastewater, Recycled Water and/or Stormwater Pump Stations
  • Water, Wastewater & Stormwater conveyance facilities
  • Water storage tanks/reservoirs/flow control facilities
• 5+ years of experience in planning, engineering, design, and project management of public water infrastructure projects
• Advanced technical writing and design skills
• Prefer candidates with California PE license in civil or mechanical engineering

Education Requirements

• BS or higher degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering
