The Attorney Claims Consultant is responsible for investigating, analyzing, managing, evaluating, and negotiating moderate value litigated and non-litigated general liability claims for the company. This role involves overseeing and directing Defense Counsel on litigation strategies, presenting cases to the Risk Management Senior Leadership Team for review, and attending mediations and trials in various jurisdictions.
