Responsibilities

  • Operate vehicle in accordance with OSHA and DOT requirements
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
  • Report any unsafe situations or service calls to Route Manager
  • Cooperate in all scheduled training and briefings
  • Work closely with Route Managers to improve route efficiencies
  • Complete all assigned duties and assist other drivers as directed
  • Communicate customer requests or issues to Dispatch
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of customers’ locations
  • Submit customer tickets for excess yardage removal
  • Follow route assignments and complete documentation

Qualifications

  • Must possess a Commercial Drivers License B (CDL)
  • Must be 18 years of age to apply
  • Successful completion of pre-employment DOT drug screen, physical, and background check
  • Acceptable driving record required
