Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Assist with client setup of TPP Pay upon approval
  • Conduct data entry in various databases and create organized spreadsheets
  • Summarize and compile data for standardized reports
  • Monitor new client usage and report status back to CCSM
  • Assist in scheduling onboarding meetings
  • Support clients with account best practices and new integrations
  • Help with maintenance of the TPP Help Center
  • Collaborate with management on ongoing special projects

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Understanding of the catering industry is a plus
  • Exceptional TPP skills

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Additional qualifications in administration or a related field preferred

Education Requirements Credential Category

  • Administrative Support

Experience Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
  • Familiarity with client relations and support services
  • Experience in the catering industry is a plus
