Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls to clients regarding payment and data processes
  • Resolve outstanding issues and explain the use of electronic payment options (credit cards, direct electronic funds transfer)
  • Assist providers in signing up for direct electronic funds transfer products and support the registration process
  • Navigate Zelis systems and processes efficiently to provide quick and thorough responses to clients
  • Build and maintain a thorough knowledge of Zelis Payments products and solutions
  • Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures, particularly those related to privacy
