Alternatives Colorado is dedicated to providing care for individuals facing pregnancy-related crises, offering a meaningful alternative to abortion. Centered on Christian values, we aim to meet the emotional, physical, and spiritual needs of our clients while encouraging them to choose life. We offer a variety of services, including a 24-Hour Helpline, pregnancy tests, options counseling, ultrasound services, STD testing and treatment, adoption education, medical care referrals, and counseling. All our services are provided free of charge.

In this role, you will manage our Arvada or Downtown Denver office, organizing and evaluating program services while providing compassionate, client-centered options counseling.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling, support, follow-up, and case management for clients
• Maintain accurate client documentation and statistics
• Refer clients to appropriate external resources
• Serve as Client Advocate with outside agencies and handle office calls
• Participate in Helpline on-call rotation (~once/month)
• Ensure adherence to policies and consistency across offices
• Maintain client resources and support daily office operations

Qualifications

• Committed and mature relationship with Jesus Christ
• Alignment with Alternatives mission and sanctity-of-life values
• Experience with vulnerable populations and/or crisis counseling
• Ability to speak both English and Spanish preferred

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field required
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work
