Skills

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Reliable work ethic with a passion for helping clients succeed
  • Experience in phone sales, particularly appointment setting or lead generation (plus)
  • Coaching or sales management experience (beneficial)
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection
  • Open-minded and eager-to-learn attitude

Responsibilities

  • Manage a daily checklist to ensure smooth service for all clients (200+)
  • Onboard new clients and collaborate with the Media Buying Team for a seamless experience
  • Work with the Delivery Team to ensure client accounts are set up correctly
  • Update and maintain client CRM and accounts as needed
  • Address client concerns and resolve issues positively
  • Regularly check in with clients to ensure service satisfaction
  • Schedule in-depth calls with clients to discuss progress
  • Maintain a to-do list of client requests and manage accounts
  • Coach clients to achieve the best results
  • Demonstrate leadership with proactive problem-solving

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in client retention and management
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Passion for helping clients succeed
  • A positive, professional business demeanor
