Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Ensure client needs and objectives are met through timely and successful service delivery
• Communicate updates on projects and initiatives to both internal teams and external stakeholders
• Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to drive client success
• Address client inquiries and assist with issue resolution as needed
• Support administrative and operational tasks, such as data entry, updating internal systems, and managing schedules

Qualifications

• Previous experience in client success, customer service, hospitality, or a related field is a plus
• Proficiency in communication and interpersonal interactions
