The Clinical Advocate will collaborate closely with member advocates and various teams at Scripta, including Account Management, Business Operations, Marketing, Sales, and the Clinical Insights Team. The role requires exceptional communication and customer service skills, a pleasant phone demeanor, and the capability to work independently while maintaining professionalism. The Clinical Advocate will critically assess members based on provided data (claims and eligibility) and engage with members to enhance outcomes based on pharmacy utilization.

Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation: \(1,600 - \)1,800 USD Monthly (According to experience)
- Schedule: Member Success coverage hours are 8:30 AM – 10:00 PM EST
- Position requires approximately nine scheduled hours of work per day
- Initial engagement expected for six months with the potential for extension

Responsibilities
- Initiate and respond to member outreach via phone, email, or online chat
- Educate members about Scripta and provide answers regarding medication utilization
- Evaluate member needs and identify cost-saving medication alternatives
- Provide high-quality documentation of interactions
- Collaborate with ancillary teams to share member engagement feedback
- Conduct telephonic outreach for targeted member campaigns
- Complete special projects as assigned
- Maintain HIPAA compliance in all interactions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred) or equivalent secondary level nursing qualification with clinical experience
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with 2+ years of clinical experience or previously licensed RN with no history of revocation
- B.S. Pharm or PharmD, currently licensed in the US, or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with 5+ years of acute clinical experience
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field (Required)

Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical/nursing role in the USA (Required)
- 3 years of experience in the health care industry (Required)
- Experience in case management (Preferred)
- Experience working remotely in healthcare/insurance/pharmaceutical industry (Preferred)
- Pharmacist experience in retail pharmacy (2 years minimum)
- Familiarity with Microsoft / Google suite of office products including Excel/Sheets (Required)
