Responsibilities

• Contract execution, review, management, routing, and quality control
• Management and tracking of MSAs, WOs, COs, LOAs, LOIs, CDAs, and other contracts
• Execution of market engagements such as RFx, Bid Defence Meetings, Vendor Selection Meetings
• Data entry of supplier and contract information into Gilead systems
• Researching and resolving vendor invoice and payment inquiries
• Reviewing and analyzing vendor proposals
• Providing project support for various initiatives
• Supporting strategy development and implementation

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in vendor outsourcing or clinical trial operations
• Ability to comply with specific processes in a regulated environment
• Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision
