• Expertise in psychological treatment for individuals and groups
• Proficient in conducting psychological evaluations and testing
• Ability to establish psychiatric diagnoses per the American Psychiatric Association guidelines
• Competence in patient rehabilitation
• Knowledge of ethical principles and guidelines for practice

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological treatment for individuals and groups
• Conduct psychological evaluations utilizing interviews and testing
• Establish psychiatric diagnoses according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Disorders
• Assist in the rehabilitation of patients
• Practice within state licensing board guidelines and ethical standards

Qualifications

• Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD)
• Graduate from an American Psychology Association-accredited institution
• Successful completion of an APA-accredited psychology internship
• Current, unrestricted license to practice as a psychologist in any U.S. state or territory

Education Requirements

• Doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology
