Impact Recruiting Solutions is currently seeking a Clinical Social Worker Health Care Facility Surveyor to join a Quality Improvement Consulting Company. Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range: \(72,000 - \)80,000 / yr
  • Full-time position (Monday - Friday)

Skills

  • Master’s degree in Social Work
  • Completion of CMS’s Long-Term Care Basic Training and passing the SMQT
  • Minimum of two (2) years of recent experience as a surveyor
  • Current licensure to practice as an LCSW
  • Independent decision-making skills
  • Ability to prioritize survey tasks
  • Strong conflict resolution and discussion skills
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Conduct surveys to assess compliance of health care facilities
  • Manage the survey process effectively and independently
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure that facilities meet accreditation and certification standards
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for quality improvement

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Social Work
  • Successful completion of CMS’s Long-Term Care Basic Training
  • Passed the Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT)
  • At least two (2) years of surveyor experience in long-term care settings
  • Current LCSW licensure
