Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range is \(72,000 - \)80,000 per year
• Full-time position (Monday - Friday)

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveys accrediting or certifying facilities serving long-term care residents

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Completion of CMS’s Long-Term Care Basic Training and passing of SMQT
• At least two years of recent experience as a surveyor in long-term care settings
• Current licensure to practice as an LCSW required
